Im located in michigan about a hour away from detroit. I would like to start with single family homes theres a lot of potential in the area lots of homes selling for 100k or less with 40-50k work and selling for 250+ easily.

I work remodeling bathrooms,basements, and kitchens. Ive worked in many homes were people buy and flip them and i would like to do my own project.

About Me:
I bring over 7 years of experience in the remodeling industry, having worked on various projects and gained a deep understanding of what it takes to transform properties.

Funding Request:
I'm looking for financing to cover 100% of the purchase and rehab costs. In return, I propose a profit-sharing arrangement of 60/40 in favor of the lender. Additionally, I'm open to discussing placing the title under the lender's LLC/name for added security. Why Invest:
