Hello!

Looking for a PML/HML for a flip project I have under contract in broken arrow. Please let me know if you're interested!

Hello, bigger pockets community! I have a couple projects coming up and looking to start working with a new contractor. If you are interested, please reach out to me, or send me any referrals if you are willing. Figured I’d start here as a resource. :)

Upwork is an online site that has solid Skip tracers. Just give them your list and they will give you phone numbers, email addresses, and anything else you need. But like mentioned above, you can pull the names of the owners of these properties on the tax assessors website. Just do a property search. Good luck!

Hello, BP Community!

I am searching for all female investors in the Tulsa area. I'd like to connect and put together a meetup. If you are interested, feel free to respond here and/or private message me your contact information.

I look forward to meeting all of you!

Great Idea. I have a few people I use for services, but it would be great to have list of vetted service providers.  I'll send what I have via PM.

Thank you! I would greatly appreciate it. Ideally the goal would be to acquire the house, but I’m not just here for that. If it makes sense to just fix a couple repairs and sell it through a realtor, cool! So I appreciate anything you could send. Thanks again.

Hello!

I have been marketing to Probates in the Tulsa area, and part of my enclosures is a local resource list. This can include anything from handyman work to dumpster services, etc.

I would love to include some additional reputable (as in you provide this service or can attest to the quality) local resources for the following services:

Dumpster

Contractor

Cleaning

Appraiser

Drain Cleaners

Roofer

Painter

Plumber

Lawn

Feel free to email me directly with this information or any questions.

Thanks,

Jaime
