How would I be able to go directly to the seller from aboard? I'm having difficulty with finding the owners contact information and getting hold of them. 

What ways do you guys recommend for finding the owners contact information and getting hold of them easily? 

When looking at pre forclosures, how can I find the owners contact information so that I can contact them directly to help them out? I am investing abroad so I cannot just show up to their property. 

When finding deals on the MLS, how should you go about seeking to purchase a deal using a creative financing strategy(e.g wrap, subject to, seller financing)? I'm looking to purchase my first property, and once I find a deal on the MLS I just get in contact with the agent and go from there? Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone! I am at the point in my life where I am ready to purchase a property and get my feet wet. I have spent a good bit of time acquiring knowledge and now I'm ready to take action. I'm looking to buy my first property in Columbia, SC. I would love to get in contact with any agents in that area and find a deal that works from me. 

I'm looking to hearing more about your experience with overseas investing. Currently I live in Germany and have been on the fence about how I could possibly house hack or buy a home while I'm here and then rent it out while I'm gone.

Interested in being a private lender but looking for the best legal documents to ensure I am protected.

Im going to be living overseas for a while and I wanted to launch off my real estate career, any tip/ideas for finding a team to help assist me and act as my boots on the ground stateside?
