Thanks for the welcome! @Jay Leisten - Right now, I am browsing areas 2 and 3. I love Clifton, but there doesn't seem to be much going on there. I will be doing a partial 1031 for my property in Austin, so I'm in the midst of figuring out those rules. Need to meet with lender next. I know a few, but do you all have any rec's? (@Erik Hitzelberger, @Jared Yates)? Thanks!!!

Hey BP World! I'm Jacque from Louisville, KY. I currently have 2 rental properties (single family homes), one here in Louisville and one in Austin, TX. The one is Austin is currently on the market. My plan is to sell and reinvest locally in a few single family homes or possibly a multi-unit (or both). Both properties started as owner occupied so this will be my first purchase as an investment. I am learning as much as I can, especially on the finance side. I'm honestly not sure what my goals are just yet. I'm sure I'll know more once I'm farther along in the process. Thanks for all the great resources!
