Question Ned, you sold a turn key property for 25k? Im looking to buy, my budget is the 60k range, can you help? I just called the number on your website but got voice mail

2900 Square Foot Home that has been recently renovated in a not so bad neiborhood for 50k. So anyway I am in there by myself touring the property at night time... I open the kitchen cabinet and.......... a family of dead mice falls out and lands on my feet.
OMG I almost **** my pants. I got out of there as fast as possible.

What's the craziest thing you've come across while viewing properties??

@Joseph Norman hey man, my first three purchases I'm focusing on buy and hold investing until I generate enough cash to begin flipping houses. There is so many fixer uppers in Baltimore!

That looks great man! I'm also in Baltimore, would you mind sharing how much this home cost and what part of town its in?
