thanks guys, absolutely amazing to have this resource, none of my friends or family are into this stuff. Unfortunately this career change has halted my HELOC so I'm stuck with equity and no way to pull it out (it's quite annoying). I have also found Spokane to be cheaper and been looking heavily in the Silver Valley.

Name's Jake age 27. I am a new real estate investor, finally have enough capital to buy my first rental property. Love the stock market, but I feel real estate is the key to financial freedom at a quicker pace. Going for cash flow buy and hold. Veteran still serving, HVAC/R service technician is my trade. I'm in the middle of a career change currently and I started my real estate agent class today. I know you don't need it, but I love real estate and it would be a good fit. I will use it for myself but why not sell while building capital for future investing. Always been an entrepreneur at heart since I was a kid and am planning to start my own brokerage in 2 years. Bought my first primary residence last year under appraisal value and renovated everything myself and with the help of friends. Gorgeous lake view which is very tough to get in my price range. Coeur d'Alene is a sellers market with huge growth, but not many 1% deals. Just ordered Millionaire Real Estate Agent sounds like a good read. I would love to buy or build an apartment building, storage units, multi-family, or single family. Wherever I can find a good deal. Currently reading bigger pockets how to manage rental properties. So far so good Brandon is doing a good job. Looking for any 1% deals I don't have to put too much into. Wouldn't mind partnering up with people in my area. I write a blog on beginnerstockinvesting.com sometimes mostly to reinforce my own strategies.
