So on the FIRE reddit I made a post and to summarize it I basically said I’m at 40k gross income a year. I’m saving about 1000-1200 a month. 40-50% of my income. I would like a side hustle to bring in some more income that would be going straight into saving as well. The question is. Do you guys have any advice? I don’t have the capital for rentals but that’s what I plan on investing in as I save the capital. Any side hustles involving real estate?

So. My debt is all paid off. I don’t have an amazing job but to the point where I’m saving approximately 1200 bucks a month. I really want to get my first piece by the end of next year and I do have a couple people willing to partner with me. My question is between now and then, 8-14 months, I expect to have between 10-20k assuming no surprises come my way. If I partner i would more than likely have one of my partners get the loan approved as my credit is subpar. In terms of finding a good deal, contractors or doing it myself, estimating repair costs, leases and that kind of thing. Sorry for the long post. Just trying to get tips
