I’m looking for help to secure my properties.

I’d love tips for the following:

1. We are looking for security cameras that connect via WiFi or phone lines.

Preferably without wiring.

Anyone have any suggestions?

2. We want to keep the supplies safe While renovating the property. Has anyone ever hired a 24-hour guard to keep watch?

@David Dachtera thanks for the honest opinion. I understand that the game here is hospitality. Was thinking to eventually move to a “virtual front desk” (as Brian page calls it) when I got my second unit and created a guide/systems.

I was reaching out to local cleaners, maids services etc. For budgeting purposes, but was also looking into creating a cleaning company locally for Airbnb providers (part of my long term plan). I like your idea to set that up coincidentally.

I’m going to start researching that today

@Allyn W. Thank you for the recommendation. I’ve found him in my search for content. He was on several podcasts (BP included) talking about how he automates his real estate recently listened to one of his webinars. His content is very good.

I was trying to find a free course lol, but I’ll check it out.

Thank you for sharing! I honestly haven’t thought about managing other people’s units. my focus was on maximizing my income. the idea to manage someone else’s unit/room is brilliant. I will start looking around for something of that nature.
