Why do you suggest the Midwest?

I am curious to what you guys think about how you are choosing your real estate investment locations based off the pandemic rules in each jurisdiction. I understand that in places like Florida and Texas the rules are next to nothing. Whereas in areas like California the rules are very steep, does this change the location you are looking to invest? If many people are looking to move out of areas with intense restrictions and in areas with less restrictions. I personally am in limbo on where to invest for these reasons because I can picture a surge in price appreciation in the areas with less restrictions.

Hi there I'm looking to get involved in international real estate investing and I have come across the "Nomad Capitalist". I understand he is quite expensive and is only for high net worth individuals. I am looking for companies that offer similar services like helping connect you with agents and lawyers in the area and helping you setup your tax situation the best way possible. So if there is anyone that knows smaller companies that offer similar services to the Nomad Capitalist then I would appreciate some of them you know.

I guess I should have mentioned, I do have the ability to buy cash so I do not need financing.

Hey guys I have a general question about up and coming countries that some of you have had your eye on.

I have been involved in this cryptocurrency bull run and have a lot of capital I'm looking to invest in real estate that is cheap and in countries with growing free markets. I feel that where I live (Canada) the real estate will not be able to sustain the crazy price points it is reaching. I'm looking to buy various properties in a country or a few countries that are up and coming with high rental yields and low taxes.

If you guys are able to give me a few ideas that I am able to do some research on, id appreciate it.

I'm new to the community and love it so far! I've noticed many investors are choosing Columbia as a real estate investment. I'm wondering why people are choosing Columbia? the fact that the citizens of Columbia are not satisfied with their government and the concerning lockdown measures they took seems like red flags for a long term real estate investment. Is there something I'm missing about Columbia besides the high yields and nice beaches?
