I'm looking for PM recommendations. I have a rental property (and probably more in the future) in Gwinnett County. Since the last post related to this topic is from 5 years ago, I figure it is appropriate to ask again now. People recommended Platinum Property management. Are they still good?

Thank you for the insights! I have decided to leave the loft as is. 

New investor here. I am going to close on a SFH with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house has a loft area that overlook the living area downstair. I can potentially close off this loft area into a 4th bedroom. I'm contemplating this decision because I'm not sure if it would be desirable for tenants to have an extra room instead just a loft area. Pictures are included. Any thoughts?

Hi David, fellow out-of-state investor here. I have just purchased my first SFH rental in a suburb of Atlanta. I'm currently in a very HCOL area so investment is out of the question where I live. I have friends and connections in Atlanta so the decision is easier for me. That said, I believe Atlanta has its potential. There are many good universities (GT, Emory, and also GSU) and a growing tech presence, including big tech. Appreciation is likely.
