I have recently gotten a contract on 21 acres in Alabama. I have have it owner financed to a couple with a great return. I am now trying to sell the contract, what's a good way I could go about doing this?

Hello, I'm a 24 year old that's just started investing. I come from an area where there's not a whole lot of investors to reach out to for advice. I'm currently in a situation where I've done a couple deals owner finance but my pool of money is running dry. Really could use some advice on some questions I have.
