I'm 16 years old, I was told bird dogging would for investors or brokers would a great way to make money from real estate as a 16 year old. I live in Yucaipa, I've only recently been trying to bird dog, so I have very little knowledge on how to bird dog, cause I have questions like how do you find deals for investors, and what is a good deal. 

I was wondering if 15 year old kids would be allowed to come to the meet up 

I'm 16, I'm trying to birddog for inventors, and brokers, but I don't know how to see deals very well, or find them, I was wondering if I could get some strategies and ideas  

Is it possible for a 16-year kid to legally make money from real estate, I have asked a few people about this topic but have never gotten a clear answer, looking for one on bigger pockets. 

My parents got a home in mountains

They want to turn it into a air bnb, but they got a really good deal on the house, and with the coming recession  they could make a lot of profit by selling the home.

So they aren’t sure what to do, keep or sell, thank you for your feed back

I am still in high school and I am trying to learn more about real estate, I’ve been listing to some podcasts, and they talk a lot about books, the one I here the most is rich dad poor dad, but I was trying to find any other books aside from that, thank you for your advice 

I'm still in high school wanting to invest in the stock market long term, I was leaning towards Roth IRA.

But I wanted to get some advice before I made the decision,

If I decided to go into college what job should I choose to get, same thing with the trades, what trade should I do if I wanted to go into the trade
