I am in the process of renovating my Buy & Hold of 1200 SQFT and having approximately 100 sheets of drywall put up (Walls and Ceiling). So far my quotes have ranged from $3200 - $4200, not including materials. What is an acceptable amount to pay in your experience? If you could tell me either:

-The price per sheet you paid, finished and primed,

or

-The price you paid for Job and SQFT of house,

or if you are a contractor,

-The price you'd charge.

Please also add the location of the Job and the time frame it took to complete the job. I understand different markets have different price points.

Thank you for your time!

-Jacob

@Alexander Knowles you’re getting out there and meeting people. I would expect with consistency and persistence it will lead to success. I have to take your example and apply it. I wish you all the best and success Alexander!

I recently started as an agent in SC after a move, therefore lacking a sphere of influence, friends or family to work for and gain experience.

Going off of the 80/20 principle there must be key tasks that have improved your client base and exposure. What would you say the best steps are for new agents without connections to get to their first closings?

@Collin Boyer I also started brand new in real estate last august. 2.3 million in your first three months, you’re completely blowing her out of the water, congrats! Very interested to hear more about that partnership with Zillow your firm sports if you’d be willing to connect.
