So would we want to sell a property once it has reached it's pinnacle Annualized Return?

Funny when i check the rental calculator, it peaks around 3-5 years for me. What calculator are you using?

So all things considered, Brandon says he aims for 15% annualized returns. What do I do with a property that takes 3 years to hit that and then starts tailoring off. Do I trade up or move on once I hit the pinnacle?
