I have called multiple escrow companies in socal and they have all said the same thing about the disclosure. Most of them say they can do It but only if all parties are informed.

Hello my name is Jacob and I am considering putting out bandit signs as my first marketing campaign. I am planning on investing out of El Cajon California (92020) and Alpine (91901) and I am wondering if anyone has had success with a bandit sign campaign in this area and if they had any legal problems.

Thanks in advance,

Jacob

And @Account Closedthanks! Do you recommend i use a Soul proprietorship or no entity to start with? I have virtually no assets to protect at this point.

Thanks, Jacob

Hello my name is Jacob Cooper I am an aspiring REI and I am focusing my attention to wholesaling as a start. I am currently educating myself and working on setting up an LLC and getting my initial marketing out. I just wante to introduce myself and maybe get in touch with a few people to discuss my ideas with and to network with.

Thanks for your time, Jacob Cooper
