Hi all, I am looking for a investor friendly Commercial Realtor to work on a deal in the Yakima area of Washington. I am looking for someone with experience handling deals with SBA loans and seller financing. Reach out to me if you are one or know of a good referral. I am looking to track someone down this week!

We switched to Hostaway after trying Hospitable and Guesty. We like Hostaway the best and have had a great experience with them managing our properties.

We've been doing all the set ups and structuring ourselves for our LLCs but looking to possibly move to a firm who specializes in setting up and structuring LLCs for real estate. Has anyone used Anderson Advisors and have experience with them that they can speak to?

Hi all, who has used booking.com and have you had success with it? The system seems very clunky and they have a non-existent support for property owners/managers from what I have encountered. If anyone is using it, has it driven enough rentals to make it worth the effort? Also, do you have booking.com handle the payments or do you handle them yourself?

We use Hostaway. It allows integration with a lot of other softwares to be able to manage everything in one place. Plus, as far as I have found it's the only PMS that will work for MTRs in addition to STRs with automated lease e-sign option as part of the booking / automation process. It has an integrated direct booking website option too. Their onboarding is very good and they assign a dedicated person to work with you weekly on getting everything set up. We tried a few and this is where we landed as the best option for us.

Hi Brady,

I would suggest building out your tech stack if you want to have a good automation system. I would start by finding a (PMS) Property Management System that works for your budget and number of properties. The PMS allows all calendar syncing between Airbnb and VRBO. From there you can integrate it into Turno. We use Turno as an integration with our PMS and the calendars are all synced, the PMS is the central hub for our automation.

My suggestion in addition to what everyone said above would be to figure out your demographic. Once you do that set up the property for that demographic and write a listing that is a lot more detailed highlighting the key features, amenities, and other details your demographic is looking for.
