Hey everyone!

I have a friend who has 4.5 acres in san luis, colorado. He's willing to let me do whatever I want with the land as long as he gets a percent of the profits. I was just reaching out to see if any of you have any ideas on how I could make some capital using his land. I know its not a very good market down there and thats why I wanted some of your opinions on this.

Thanks!

Hey Everybody,

I just got an internship with a property management company. I was reaching out to see if I could get some tips and advice. I work with agents and am also looking to get my licence over the next few years. Our company also does fix n flips and rental deals. What are some things I should study first? What questions could I ask the people I work with? Overall I'm just looking to see how I can really dive in and get the best start possible. Any advice is highly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from a lot of you.

Thanks guys
