Hi, I'm wondering if anybody has experience using physician mortgage to buy a property? My wife is a physician fresh out of residency and we are relocating and need to purchase a property for family to live. Any suggestion where I could find lenders who would do physician mortgage? Thanks!

Hello BP world! I searched a bit but couldn't find some answers. I am wondering how to become an appraiser for the real estate property? I meant like usually in a transaction, the lender will hire an appraiser to appraise the value of the property in order to approve the loans.
