@Malik Eleby Yes LLC can protect you from potential liabilities from your personal assets but even if you get a credit card through your LLC the banks will review your personal credit history so keeping a good track record personally is still required. I have several LLCs and know this first hand. Good luck!

@Keric Allen Personally I would be reluctant to give out any lockbox code to any one who is not licensed. If it is listed on the MLS then the prospective tenant might have a realtor working with them. I would have the lockbox code on the MLS broker notes for realtors. If I get calls from tenants not working with a realtor then I usually tell them to meet me at the property between 7-8pm for example and try to schedule as much tenants as I can between that time frame. Kind of like a mini open house for rentals. If the prospects are "seriously" interested they will show up and the ones that are just curious might not show up. Good luck!

@Jose Trujillo Depends what city and municipality it is? Also what type of work is being done in this particular house and flip. Are you replacing existing items or altering the structure? All these questions come into place with the inspector and possible violations. I think you will most likely receive a RED TAG stop work order and expect a letter very soon. I'd be happy to assist if you need any advice on the next steps.
