Hey folks- if you are allowed...  Please share what your monthly reports look like!  If not, maybe describe what you like and don't about yours.  Format, information included, etc...

Ah no- I was polling for data not asking for advice (this time).

How often do you, you personally actually yourself, do a real audit of your PM stuff?  Like, for example, the first I used one I didnt REALLY look for several months and then had to deal with a lot of stacked up issues.  I am curious how often the average Bigger Pockets member actually does a deep look.

How often do you really dig into your reports and check to make sure everything is running smooth and as it should be?

Hi @Account Closed !!  Your intuition is mostly correct.  I do not, at the moment, have this problem- but I've had it in the past and I know it is common.  This post is for research purposes.  Talk to me about some of the rough pain points you've experienced or seen!
