I'm undecided at the moment.  I know some of the investors in the area and was probably going check their interest before working with a realtor.

I have 4 houses and an empty lot I inherited in a small town in Mississippi. I have been renting the houses for the past several years. I would like to sell the houses and lot and reinvest the money in some rental properties closer to where I live. What is the best way to go about valuing the properties to sell as a package? It's difficult to find comparables in this small town as almost nothing is listed on MLS.

I recently inherited some rental properties from my parents and I need to rehab a bathroom.  Any suggestions on what to do with this bathroom would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BP! I am interested in getting started in REI in Mississippi particularly in rental properties. I currently work for an IT company and seeking to invest in Real Estate on the side. I live in Madison, MS and would like to get started in this area, but not sure what areas of the greater Jackson, MS area I should get started in. I have started looking at properties online in Fondren, Belhaven, and near the Ross Barnett Reservoir. I have also thought about investing in properties near state universites such as Oxford, Starkville, and Hattiesburg. Any advice on where to get started would be greatly appreciated.
