Selling 4 Houses and empty lot
I have 4 houses and an empty lot I inherited in a small town in Mississippi. I have been renting the houses for the past several years. I would like to sell the houses and lot and reinvest the money in some rental properties closer to where I live. What is the best way to go about valuing the properties to sell as a package? It's difficult to find comparables in this small town as almost nothing is listed on MLS.
