@Blake Hise

Hey Blake, I have a few clients with rentals I sold them in the South Nashville area that I can reach out to if you didn't want to purchase a property yet. Not sure what level of luxury you're looking for, but they are renovated and well within your budget at least!

Hey Eli! You have to make sure there is enough land to legally build a DADU, typically R6/R10 lots are the most prevalent in somewhere like East Nashville. You can always give Codes a call to double-check before committing to building. Also, have to make sure you're following STR/LTR rental guidelines and establishing one unit as your primary residence, depending on what game plan you had in mind.

Welcome to Nashville @Julian L.! Madison and Old Hickory are both great places to buy and hold considering the economic boom Nashville is experiencing. Surrounding areas are only appreciating. There are a few pockets in the area that are safer investments than others where I have helped investors secure a few properties, have you established some key criteria in order for you to start looking for an investment? i.e. All in purchase price, profit expectation, exit strategy?

@Ekom Eyoh Hey Ekom! The BRRRR method is great for beginners and seasons pros alike! Nashville and the surrounding areas are hot for renting especially Murfreesboro. Incorporating a DADU is also a great option to maximize profits!

Hey guys! I have an older investment house in Nashville, 1920's, and was wondering if anyone has successfully dealt with the older plumbing and electricity issues? More so, what would be the best route to take when deciding what to replace and what to keep for the best ROI?
