Hey Curtis! Im in NJ and just getting started wholesaling! Are you in the same position as me or do you have experience?

 if you were to do that, how much money would you give them to do that part?

Hi everyone! Im 21 years old in college studying finance and honestly I’m at a loss for what to do right now in life. I have such big dreams in aspirations. I just don’t know where to start. I want to do something that is skill based; meaning the more skillful I am at doing something, the more money I will make. I think that something is going to be wholesaling real estate. My plan is to earn a high income from wholesaling. Then I want to build a team of people around me to be able to find more leads to wholesale. Eventually adding in buying rental properties, fix and flips, etc.
