College Wholesaler in NJ!
Hi everyone! Im 21 years old in college studying finance and honestly I’m at a loss for what to do right now in life. I have such big dreams in aspirations. I just don’t know where to start. I want to do something that is skill based; meaning the more skillful I am at doing something, the more money I will make. I think that something is going to be wholesaling real estate. My plan is to earn a high income from wholesaling. Then I want to build a team of people around me to be able to find more leads to wholesale. Eventually adding in buying rental properties, fix and flips, etc.
