Hi, I am new to the real estate investing world and lately I have been trying to read every book about real estate that I can.  Most of the books that I have been able to find are in regard to small multi-families or single families so I am wondering if anyone knows an great books that are directed more towards investing in large multi familie and apartment complexes. Thank you!

My name is Jack and from a town just outside of Boston. I am in my first year of college and have no real-estate investment experience. This site and listening to all of the podcasts has really transformed my life. It has shown me that real estate investing is a true passion of mine and as of right now I'm just trying to learn everything I can! One day hoping to be a full time investor in the Boston area!
