@Matthew John I was initially going to buy 6 duplexes in the city for STR but read that the city is banning STR or going to make restrictions so I backed out. So may I know which suburbs of Detroit you would suggest to do your model?

Eric Moller runs a company reflecting the change to cohosting. You certainly don't need his product, but he made powerful arguments about the many problems they had with Arbitrage.
