May I know how much would be appropriate to pay per hour or maybe per house to do comps.

If I wanna save money, how can I do my own comps?

I do not want to use my self directed IRA to directly buy real estate but can I establish my own hard money lending company and borrow money from it at 10% interest rate to buy real estate?

Hi. I am buying 4 rental properties directly from a landlord. I am wondering if I can ask my realtor to do comps for me for those houses even though I do not intend to buy the properties through the realtor because the landlord will increase the prices if we go through the realtor.

I can probably pay the realtor for her time for doing the comps for me. Any suggestions?

Yes. Single family home. Slab foundation. No major repairs. Primarily in Keller Park. I like the neighborhood and I think houses there are still in my budget

@Matt J. Thank you, Matt! I love that thought. Celebrating myself for realizing REI is the way to go and not to discount my years of experience.
