@Kate Glassman So I read a while ago that most people read / open emails on Tuesdays actually. I send out weekly market updates on Tuesday and my open rate is like 43% which is pretty unheard of. 

That is great. I would say if you are looking for a short term rental option Orlando, FL near Disney World is cash flowing really nicely for 5-7 bedroom homes. ROI is above 20% right now.

I have a lender that Will send me Weekly Market updates every Friday afternoon. It just states the latest interest rates and anything else important they should know like any new programs. You could also do a monthly newsletter sharing similar value content.

I recently came across some articles and Youtube videos talking about purchasing properties and offering "Rent to Own" instead of a long term hold. 

Does anyone does this as an option to investing? If so, how did it go for you?

He helped my sister find her short term and we also know the areas too depending on if your looking to market to individuals going to the Disney or Universal Theme Parks.
