@Andrew Bang thank you for that advice but I am wondering like if I see a house while driving for dollars do I ask the seller for all the info on the house or just try give a ball park estimate of the purchase price?

I have been searching for off market deals or awhile but when it comes to send an offer on it, I don’t know what is the right price to offer for it, it doesn’t just have numbers listed for you and the owner just want a price like right then so I was wondering you guys had some suggestions.
