@Andrew Bang thank you for that advice but I am wondering like if I see a house while driving for dollars do I ask the seller for all the info on the house or just try give a ball park estimate of the purchase price?

I have been searching for off market deals or awhile but when it comes to send an offer on it, I don’t know what is the right price to offer for it, it doesn’t just have numbers listed for you and the owner just want a price like right then so I was wondering you guys had some suggestions. I have been searching for off market deals and when it comes to give an offer on it, I don’t know what would be a accurate price for it. For most off market deals you don’t know the numbers and they aren’t giving to you right away. Any suggestions to this problems? Thank you all so much!!
