Post: Anyone use a Buyers Agent to offer on REO's?

We have done it both ways in the past.
Now I'm using my "Buyer Agent" almost exclusively. She knows what I want and we make an average of 10 offers a week though the same agent without problem and get an average of 1 contract a week through one agent.
We are now working with a second Buyers Agent and seeing great results.

I agree that Zillow value are way off.
However, Zillow has a "Comps" that I found very helpful. I create a little video that can be helpful. Follow the link
