I saw this article below on our local newspaper site.  Seems big changes are happening on the east side of San Antonio. 

Could there be an opprotunity for RE Investors?  It may take time, but might be worth exploring.

Hello BP!  My name is Juan Velazquez here from San Antonio, Texas.  I signed up a few months ago - but just now got the opprotunity to post.  Total newbie here and I'm excited to get stared.  Currently work full time in broadcast media sales-I love my job, but I'm hoping to diversify my investments to include real estate and generate supplimental income.  I'm interested in Buy-n-Hold, but also want to learn more about wholesale.

In fact, we currently have a rental property.  Can you quickly evaluate my situation?

Purchased a single family home: $64K, getting $850 p/m in rent.  Taxes are $1,200 per year, and I believe insurance is $900 per year.
