Hello All,

I'd like to say hello to the community and thank everyone for the incredible amount of information available.  I've been a landlord for a few years but am now venturing into rehabbing homes.

My mantra is to assist in economically revitalizing San Antonio's original inner communities.  Like many cities, SA has experienced urban flight and has left many communities in distress.  My passion is to regenerate these areas and provide vested families a home where they can continue generations of San Antonio life.

I have managed $M public investment programs for our city as a project manager and am looking to use the same skills in my new LLC. I'm looking to expand my knowledge and skill set, especially as it relates to revitalizing older homes/communities.

I welcome any positive comments, look forward to learning and wish everyone a prosperous New Year!

Be Blessed,

r-
