Welcome to BP Blake. I am in Pearland and looking to get into a BP Meetup group anywhere south of downtown if others are interested. Any one interested from Clear Lake, League City, Pearland, La Porte, Deer Park, etc?

I just had a 78 y/o client that was not tech savvy handle it with ease. You could always send a simple test page to show how easy it is to sign.

Thad,

I am a realtor and I use Docusign. It's as easy as sending an email and the other side can even sign from a smart phone. Fast, easy and secure.

Travis, I was able to get my license start to finish in 6 weeks. I went thru Champions School near the Galleria. You can take everything on line or class room and it cost $999. I'm with Remax now but wouldn't recommend them if you want part-time as they have a lot of fees. I'm pretty sure she still owns it.

I got my license earlier this year and all realtors are 1099 and not employees of the broker or agency.
