Excellent thank you for your input and perspective!

What is the best state or cities to invest in apartments an why? It can be from an economic, populated stand point. Whatever keeps you going.

@Taylor L. After giving some thought my goals are simple. I plan on investing my total share into three different property syndication if possible. I’m currently in the process of just finding where and how to do this. I agree posting this has made it confusing for a proper answer.

@Wendell Fong Yes I am thinking about invest in in syndication but I wouldn’t know which works best. Buying a share it doing a property individually.

Real estate, syndications, bonds, stocks; these are all the ways people have told me how I can invest my money. Only problem is I don’t have the guidance to get where I wanna go. I tried hiring a financial adviser who tells me I need to invest first to use there services. Finding property or a stock to maintain some form of income may be difficult. I feel like I just need experienced support or partnership. Also Ashcroft is a possible start.

@Izaiah Jacobson There are so many options. Without much experience, the safest thing you can do is probably invest in a few syndications. $50k in each to diversify a little.

You can also 'house-hack' a multi-unit building like a 4-plex. Live in one unit and rent out the others. YOu can get very good financing for such a property.

Where are you looking to move?

I’m moving to jersey and there’s this place that looks like a good investment for 250k. I just don’t know where I could begin when it cones to investing here or somewhere else. I want to know how much I can make annually from this.

I’ve had this money saved up for years. I want to invest this money to make a monthly income. Should I buy property and where. I live I Ny and plan on moving. I want to live a comfortable life and make a steady income with this money. I was told to buy a house but I think I can do better than that.
