Hey guys, this week I plan on meeting with a lender for pre-qualifications. I want to make this step in an effort to get all my ducks in a row before I jump in.

21 and am going to start investing in real estate, I attend every seminar and try to find any and every event to meet people and build contacts. I feel like a mentor would be a BIG help but don’t know how to even find a somewhat trustworthy mentor
