Advice before meeting with lender

Hey guys, this week I plan on meeting with a lender for pre-qualifications. I want to make this step in an effort to get all my ducks in a row before I jump in.

Any advice and what I should and shouldn’t say?

What’s TMI that can compromise anything?

To give some sort of background I’m 21 years old with a credit score above 680.
