Post: Online bill payment/check mailing service?

I have an account with checks with account & routing numbers. My financial institution doesn't allow for online bill pay.

Is there an online service where I can provide checking account information that would allow me to:
1) Mail payments
2) Schedule automatic payments

? MyCheckFree seems to only allow that for certain institution, and the one I most care about is Wells Fargo Mortgage, which they don't support.

Thanks!

I wasn't advertising it, I was asking people who have seen his system for opinion. Not opinion of people who speculate.

It's got nothing to do with the system.

When someone starts bashing someone else because they're trying to sell something... That reminds me of high school and girls going "she's such a slut" - which they only say because they're jealous.

And if the deal involves buying and holding? You're quick to rip on someone who you know nothing about, aren't you?

Brian is it pretty much a a system of how to build seller and buyer list + contracts for buying/selling land?

How much land have you bought/sold using this system?

What's wrong with an additional stream of income?

Have you studied his course? Do you speak from experience or are you simply a speculator who assumes everyone who tries to sell something for "2 grand" and actually uses a sales process in the process, is ultimately selling you garbage without any kind of system that has worked for him at some point in time?

Hmm reading that topic seems that people are making judgement about his systems without actually knowing what it is and just knowing the "idea behind it".

Anybody heard of it? Here's the concept:

1) Buy cheap land for pennies on the dollar by building (on twitter/facebook) and advertising to a targeted seller list.

2) Flip quick as "wholesaler" to a buyers list.

3) Offer seller finance (when wholesaling) to build cash flow.

Sounds like it has promise, but the "home study course" runs $1500.

Post: Wendy Patton: not impresed so far

So I got Wendy Patton's LO course from a fellow REIA member (for only $60!) that included a think binder with info and a bunch of audio CDs. I listened to all of the CDs, two of which were "Live calls to Realtors" and "Live calls to Sellers."

I must say, it was a complete waste of time.

In the "sellers" CD, 95% of time was spent simply asking questions about the house and making small talk. There was not a single closed transaction on the whole CD. There was no educational substance.

In the "realtors" CD 60% of time was spent leaving voice mails to realtor offices ("hi i'm blah i do this please call me"); 35% was her "fishing" realtors who did answer the phone, and getting rejected. The other 5% was small talk with a realtor who apparently did "a few deals" with her. There was not a single closed transaction. There was no educational substance.

"Working the realtor system" and "broker" CDs I did find insightful though.

Now I'm going to read the binder and see if there's anything of value in there.
