@Deepak Kumar, I live in Northern California and closed on an 8-plex a week and a half ago and am in contract on a 44 unit in Tucson as we speak, so I can’t speak from experience as of yet but I agree the Tucson market looks good in my opinion.

In regards to job growth, Caterpillar is moving it’s headquarters to Tucson (google caterpillar and Tucson) and Geico is building a corporate office there. This is in addition to the solid company growth at Raytheon as well as the military base. Also, University of Arizona is looking to expand it’s studen population by over 50% over the next few years.

Hopefully that is helpful!

I have done a lot of research and established what I think is an excellent team based in Tucson for my multi-family properties. I just closed on a 8 unit property last Friday and am in negotiations on larger property as we speak. I am based in California and this will be my first time doing long distance real estate investing, however everything has been working well since i have implemented David Greene’s team approach.

I am interested in connecting with other Tucson investors or possibly Arizona investors in general to leverage knowledge and experiences in the market. It is always helpful to find others in the market I am sure can provide thoughts/contacts for others who may need it!

Hello All,

I am a California investor who has come across a 40 unit apartment complex opportunity in the Boise area. The challenge is I am not extremely familiar with Boise but am doing quite a bit of research in an attempt to get myself up to speed. I have a few questions if anyone is willing to help me:

1. Any recommendations on property managers for a 40 unit building?

2. Any general thoughts on Nampa? Does it need to be looked at on a street by street basis?

3. What cap rates can I expect in the Boise area?

4. Are eviction laws landlord friendly?

I am coming up on October 2 and will be looking at the property on October 3, if anyone is interested in having a pseudo meet up on Monday night to have a discussion and watch some football I would be happy to host. Thank you in advance!

Ivan

@joe bertolino and all, thank you for the names, I greatly appreciate it.

Hi All, I am looking to establish a relationship with a solid portfolio lender in the Sacramento or Yolo county area...anyone have suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Hello, I am just curious if there are any recommendations for wholesalers in the Sacramento area who specialize in multi unit apartment buildings. I have asked around some of the local meetups but have not had any luck.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...thank you!

Ivan
