Hello everyone, First of all, thank you for taking your time to read the question. I’m Curious if I can get hard money for a down payment on an investment property and what will be my exit strategy for that? Please let me know if I need to be more clear. Thank you again.

I'm a newbie real estate investor. I see this huge opportunity in my neighborhood, a multifamily house with 6 appertments each can generate at least 2500 thousand dollars or maybe more then that and the total building is listed for 1.51million dollars. Is there any way I can raise that much money for this building? Your help will be very appreciated. Thank you.

How shell I approached a foreclosure owner who has at least 30%- 80% of equity on the property when I’m willing to pay for the judgement amount of the property or take it as a subject to? Please share your experiences. Thank you everyone.

I’m trying to connect with this house owner who is in foreclosure because I would like to negotiate with all cash offer or take the property for subject to but didn’t get the chance to talk to owner.

I was wondering since I always see there is a number for plaintiffs attorney with the foreclosure file. Can the plaintiffs attorney would help me by any chance with the information or negotiations with the owner?!? Thank you.

If a house is scheduled for foreclosure auction can I talk to the house owner for a subject to deal and if I can do this, by doing that can I cancel the auction? Thank you.
