Thank you very much, David. I appreciate your advice very much, and I am located in Dallas, Texas. My interest right now in real estate is just learning as much as possible about as much as possible. I haven't done any deals so I can't say I have a preference in niches or strategies. I am just in love with all the benefits and potential real estate can provide for you if you put in the work.

Thank you very much sir, I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to give me some feedback. I'm going to keep working and listening to what you said.

I am 18 and ready to learn as much as possible. I am looking for suggestions from more experienced businessmen, real estate investors. What are some key skills and tips you suggest I can learn now since I am young that will benefit me for the rest of my days. Skills that you found game changing in your life. It can be anything, I am open minded to learn a little about a lot right now since I got the time. Also, some key tips or routines that you found beneficial to your life. Like I said, it can be anything. I want to be successful.

I am 18 and just graduated high school in June. I have free college and my parents are shoving it down my throat I should take it because it's free. I am really interested in real estate investing and have been listening to bigger pockets podcast everyday since I graduated. I want to be a real estate investor but my whole family is putting me down saying it is just not possible right now and making me go to college since it is free and I have nothing better to do. I would really appreciate if someone gave me some areas to study in college that would go hand to hand with real estate or some advice on what to do. I would really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to do so.
