Process is pretty much the same from my understanding, and experience with trying to do virtual deals.

You'll have to do signing electronically pretty much.

If you're able to get boots on the ground, to go out and take pictures for you that'll be great.

I've been looking in Bristol County. Do you always view a property with the intent to pay close to market value? Or have you ever made a wholesale offer?

Yes indeed! Also has it benefits long term too. One of many reasons why I am considering now. Then after living in there for a year or so, I'll look for another one.

Thank you much. I appreciate it. This is going to be a long term investment, I know mistakes will happen, and that's part of the learning process. But if I' able to get some Dos & Dont's now as I am doing, I will know what to avoid when the time comes. 

How any units do you currently own?
