I agree with @Christina R.@Shelley F. I would love to hear some of the things you have experienced.  Everyone's input shows me that he needs maintain control of the situation.  Thanks.

@Thomas S., no it is city water (Baltimore).

A friend of mine that is also a new investor have a set of problem tenants in Baltimore City, MD.  They are stressing for my friend to conduct a water test.  These tenants are on a month to month lease and recently gave their 30 day notice.  The tenants have been hassling my friend for a water test for since November and have started again with the email request. Is there an angle that these professional tenants are using in relation to the water test? If there is, do you have any recommendation on what to do? My friend has dismissed their threats of taking legal action in the past on things like no salt on sidewalks while it is still snowing....but what if?

Hello BP Family,

My name is Rita and I am new investor from Maryland.

It is Wonderful opportunity to be apart of such a great (BP) community. I am the mother of 2 girls and I just want to be able to provide the best for them. To give them access to the finer things in life and doing it with my 9-5 will not cut it. I am looking for local investors that are in need of Administrative support or anything else I can offer their business. I just want the opportunity to gain a mentor and develop my own REI business. Outside of a mentor, I am also looking for JV and private lenders to develop a team.
