Looking for lots.  Off market preferably 

Hey all!  I am a build to rent investor expanding my business into the south Florida market.  Curious to see if there are any investors in the build to rent space in Port St Lucie, Ft Lauderdale, and the surrounding areas?  I currently build about 80 units per year with the intention of keeping as many as possible. Licensed in multiple states and looking to replicate this model in south FL.

I am a builder/developer in the greater Charlotte area.  Looking for an experienced wholesaler who specifically deals with land.  Anything from infill lots to larger tracts for development.  We do about 80-120 builds a year.  PM me if this is you!

Hey fellow BPers.  I am moving to Charlotte from the Raleigh area in a few weeks and wanted to connect with some local active real estate investors.  I'm currently building 40 units north of Charlotte to hold as rentals and 2 spec homes to sell off.  I'll be living in Ballantyne so hopefully I can meet some local folks who are getting together on a regular basis.  Look forward to connecting!
