Awesome! Would love to join the zoom meetings whenever they're back up and running. Is there a link you have where I can signup?

@Jonathan Greene Very interested in this as well, what PA markets have you and fellow investors found success in and are actively purchasing in?

Hey Kristy,

I'm a licensed real estate investor/wholesaler out of central Jersey. I predominately work Somerset, Middlesex, Essex, and Union counties. As far as marketing is concerned, I market to motivated sellers via my LLC. I market the company/brand. When meeting with sellers, I reveal that I am a licensed realtor upfront and also reveal it in the purchase contract.

P.S. - Perhaps we can help one another, I often come across deals in south jersey that I have to let go because it's just too out of my area, maybe we can tackle/JV them together sometime.

Greetings,

I'll definitely be in attendance at the next event.

I'm a licensed real estate investor out of Central Jersey. My team and I are involved with fix and flips, rentals/multi-families, and wholesales. We frequently come across deals and sometimes are too tied up with our own capital. We wholesale the deals we're unable to pick up.

At the event, I'm looking to grow our network of investors and add to our investor/cash buyer's list to form strategic partnerships with other investors to wholesale these excess but great deals. In addition, we're always open to picking up any deals that other investors may have as well; provided that our capital allows us to.

Excited to meet everyone at the event and do business!

Hey everyone! Im 18 years old, turning 19 next month! Im from New Jersey. Im really interested in getting into real estate full time and making a career out of it. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets and I'm really excited to be able to use this platform to increase myself in RE knowledge and connect with like minded individuals on this journey to success.

I'm fairly new to this site but I intend on visiting very frequently and immersing myself in all of the knowledge thats available here! I'd like to begin with flipping properties, so if anyone could point me in that direction I'd greatly appreciate it!

Also, Im planning on getting a RE license in May. Am I making the right move or is it too soon? I'll be looking forward to the feedback!
