Thank you @Zachary Bliss for that insight! It's good to know the distinctions between Google and FB. I have never tried an SMS campaign, but I would be open to it as well. Is there a recommended platform for SMS?

Hey everybody! I’m a new wholesaler in Austin, TX looking to invest some capital in Google PPC. I would love to get some input from those of you who have recently or currently do PPC in Austin or a similarly competitive market.

1. How much do you spend on PPC to land 1 deal? (In other words: What is your conservative cost per deal?)

2. How does Google compare to FB in terms of conversation rate and marketing ROI?

3. Are there any meetups in the Austin/SA/Houston area that focus on online marketing? If so, please point me in the right direction!

In what areas have you had most success?

Is the pool of potential renters large or small given today’s circumstances with COVID-19?

Which neighborhoods make the most sense for rent-by-room? 

I’m using a DPA program and looking for a 3b/2b under 250k. My ONLY concern is buying a nice house nobody wants to live in.
