@Joey Schad hey I’m a 17 yr old from here in Sioux Falls. I’m getting my real estate license right now, but my main goal is to get into rentals, which I’m hoping to start a house hack next year. This is the first time I’ve seen some other younger people from here that are into this, so maybe we could network in the future!

Hey I just wanted to see if anyone else has seen the giveaway that @thisisjohnwilliams is doing. I don’t think he’s on BiggerPockets, but I know he’s pretty big on Instagram and starting out on YouTube. What are your thoughts on this?

@Michael H. I don't mean to bash stocks at all. I spend my money on stock martlet analysis books to read, I just get annoyed by my teacher who has a negative view towards REI.

@Anthony Rosa Dave says to only invest in RE with cash, and only if that cash is less than 5% of your liquid net worth. See where there is a missed opportunity if this is how we invested?
