Hi everyone, how many FHA loans can you have at one time? Some say a maximum of 10 loans is that correct, I think I have misunderstood something.

Hi everyone, can someone please give me advice as to what type of loans I should look into, if dealing with excellent credit but income is low? My brother and I are partnering up and although he has the credit score he makes less and therefore can't qualify for a big enough loan, any ideas what else we can try?

I have a question though, for a newbie such as myself with not much cash to work with what would be the a good number to start at? And could you please give me an overall example of how this process works.
