Hi everyone, how many FHA loans can you have at one time? Some say a maximum of 10 loans is that correct, I think I have misunderstood something.

    Hi Iris,

I'm a loan officer. You can only have one FHA loan at a time. You can have multiple loans, each lender varies on how many you can have for them to do the loan. You can always refi the current FHA into a conventional if you plan on buying another home as your primary.
