I was thinking to invest in Melbourne too but I’m finding it over price so I’m thinking to invest in Brisbane.

You can invert maybe $700k in Melbourne but won’t be in the blue ship suburb 👍

Hello Alvaro. You must be looking to spend at least $1m and I advise you to engage a buyers agency to find an off market deal.

My friends just put an offer yesterday for $1.045m on a high growth area .

Also, be prepared to be negative cash flow

I’m torn about investing in Melbourne , Perth or USA.

The prices in Melbourne are crazy and I’m not sure if I would be able to make as much growth in Perth market.
